Augustina Peters, LPN, has faithfully served Catholic Health Services for over 20 years at Villa Maria Nursing Center, caring for patients in need of short-term medical rehabilitation and skilled nursing. Beginning her journey as a Floor Nurse, Augustina quickly distinguished herself through her clinical skill, attention to detail, and unmatched dedication to meeting each patient’s needs with compassion and respect.

Today, as a Charge Nurse, she helps lead across multiple units, overseeing documentation, rounds, care planning, family conferences, and interdisciplinary coordination to ensure timely, high-quality care. She is widely admired for her steady leadership, strong work ethic, and willingness to step forward whenever support is needed. Known for her kindness to residents and families and for mentoring fellow nurses, Augustina is a trusted colleague and an inspiring presence to those around her.
