Palms West Hospital is pleased to announce that Scott Herndon has joined the hospital as Chief Financial Officer. Scott comes to Palms West from Medical Center of Arlington, an affiliate HCA facility, where he was Vice President of Finance since 2009. Scott has more than 12 years of healthcare experience and a proven track record in hospital financial operations, process improvement, business development and strategic planning.

 

Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from Auburn University and an MBA from University of Alabama at Birmingham. Professionally, he belongs to the American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association and Medical Group Management Association.
