Health Foundation of South Florida elected Susan Kelley as the first chairwoman of its board of directors.

Founder and chief executive officer of Kelley Swofford Roy, Inc., Kelley has been a member of Health Foundation’s board since 2000. She serves as the Honorary Consul for Finland in South Florida and is a member of the International Women’s Forum. Her extensive community involvement includes serving on the board of the Miami Symphony Orchestra; Miami Lighthouse for the Blind; World Trade Center Miami and Adopt-A-Pet. A Massachusetts native, Ms. Kelley attended college in Boston and has lived in England and Germany. She resides in Miami Beach with her husband and business partner William Roy.

Health Foundation of South Florida’s other officers for this year are Karen Gilmore of City National Bank, Miami, as vice chairwoman and Divina Grossman, PhD., R.N., Florida International University School of Nursing, Miami, secretary. Sheldon D. Dagen, CPA, Hollywood is the immediate past chairman.
