The DCMA Board is a dynamic collection of physician leaders that share the vision and enthusiasm to lead to our organization forward. If you are interested in joining your colleagues in our efforts to improve the practice of medicine in our community, please consider volunteering.
The DCMA is looking for volunteers to serve in the following positions:
- Secretary/Treasurer
- District Representatives
For purposes of representation on the DCMA Board, Miami-Dade County is divided into two (2) Districts using Flagler Street in Miami as a division line between District 1 (North of Flagler Street) and District 2 (South of Flagler Street), each corresponding to the physician’s primary area of practice. Consideration will be given to ensure inclusion of all specialties.
In accordance with the DCMA Bylaws, the Nominating Committee shall convene and shall make recommendations for Board of Directors positions to the Board for approval in sufficient time to allow for distribution to the membership no later than March 1st.
