The Greenfield Group, a medical real estate company, recently announced that Brian Stenberg and Michael Hlatki have been named partners.

Brian Stenberg oversees the firm’s property management division. He joined The Greenfield Group in 1994. During his 13 years at the company, he rose through the ranks to head property management, most recently as its vice president. Stenberg is a graduate of the University of Florida and is a Certified Property Manager of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Michael Hlatki oversees the firm’s medical office building development division. He joined The Greenfield Group in 2003 and most recently served as the company’s vice president of development. Hlatki received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Williams College and a master’s of business administration in finance and accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
