Keith D. Mortman, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.C.C.P., a specialist in minimally invasive thoracic surgery and thoracic oncology, joins the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston.

Most recently, Dr. Mortman was chief of the Division of Thoracic Surgery at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. He also was previously on staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA, in the Department of Thoracic Surgery.

Dr. Mortman earned his bachelor’s degree at Washington University in St. Louis and his medical degree from the UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. His general surgery residency was completed at Washington Hospital Center in Washington D.C. Dr. Mortman’s advanced training included a cardiothoracic surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY, as well as a minimally invasive thoracic surgery fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
