Helping those in the community who may not have the means to buy a Thanksgiving meal this year, West Boca Medical Center donated over 520 pounds of food to Boca Helping Hands. Each department at the hospital donated non-perishable items for the less fortunate. The Quality, Risk Management, and Education department donated the most with 18 pounds of food per employee. Boca Helping Hands is an organization which provides services to benefit individuals, families, and children during times of need, emergency, or crisis.
