McCarl-Galbavy joins West Boca with nearly 40 years of healthcare experience under her belt. In her most recent role, McCarl-Galbavy served as the director of medical, surgical and telemetry services at a hospital on Florida’s west coast, where she was responsible for six nursing units and over 250 employees.

 

McCarl-Galbavy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University and a master’s in health management from St. Thomas University in Miami.
