The hospital’s newly renovated Birth Care Pavilion consists of a Labor and Delivery Unit, Post-Partum Unit, Newborn Nursery and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The 33 patient rooms offer a soothing and luxurious ambience and are furnished with upscale vanities, wardrobes, window coverings and furniture, including a recliner, a sleep bench for overnight visitors, guest seating and a bedside cabinet. All bathrooms have been updated with modern flooring and shower tile.
The labor and delivery rooms have new baby warmers and bassinettes. Selected rooms offer accommodations that include workspace for dads, sleeping quarters and a wireless Internet connection. Family and friends can easily stay updated throughout the labor and delivery process. Renovations also include the conversion of some of the post-partum rooms into private rooms.
