William W. Wilson III has been named chairman of the Board of Directors of Baptist Hospital Foundation. Wilson previously served as chairman of Homestead Hospital Foundation. In addition to his volunteer leadership at Baptist Hospital Foundation, Wilson is president and CEO of RefocuX, a consulting company, and is also a partner at Tri-Tech Construction, a luxury home builder.

Wilson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University in Oxford, OH, and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati. He is involved in several professional organizations and serves as Ocean Reef Chapter chairman and regional board member of the World Presidents’ Organization. Wilson is also chairman of the Subscribers’ Advisory Committee of Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange.
