Palmetto General Hospital nurse practitioners Vicki Babol, ARNP, and director of critical care, and Jackie Gonzalez, ARNP, have been certified as data abstractors by the National Registry of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (NRCPR), an American Heart Association sponsored program, to evaluate resuscitation performance of Palmetto General Hospitals Rapid Response Team.
Palmetto General Hospital was one of the first Tenet hospitals in the country to initiate a Rapid Response Team, which decreases the number of emergency codes and ultimately provides more efficient patient care.
