Parents Brisa Tapias and Bertrand Piller rang in the New Year with the arrival of their baby boy at 9:58 am, weighing in at 4 lbs. 8 oz. “We congratulate the parents on their beautiful baby,” said Mark Racicot, CEO. “We are so happy and excited for this family. This is certainly a very special baby since he was born on New Year’s Day.”
