Caruso has extensive healthcare finance leadership experience. She previously served as chief financial officer for HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital and HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital, where she led financial operations across two acute care hospitals. She supported growth and enhanced operational performance.
Before joining HCA Healthcare, Caruso held financial leadership roles at Venice Regional Bayfront Health and has strong personal and professional connections to the Sarasota and Manatee county region. Her local knowledge, financial expertise and experience building partnerships position her well to support HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital’s continued growth and commitment to high quality, patient focused care.
Caruso holds a Master of Business Administration from Argosy University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
