September 22, 2026- Delray Medical Center today announced the members of its Governing Board, a distinguished group of physicians, community leaders, and healthcare professionals who guide the hospital’s mission and strategic direction. Their combined expertise strengthens Delray Medical Center’s commitment to delivering patient‑first, high‑quality care to the community.
The Governing Board includes the following members:
- Lon Sadowsky, DO: Osteopathic physician serving as President of the Medical Staff and a key clinical leader at Delray Medical Center.
- Jeffrey H. Newman, MD: Practicing physician who serves as Chairperson of the Governing Board, guiding medical and administrative oversight.
- Louis G. Tumminia, MD: Veteran physician leader representing the medical staff and contributing extensive clinical experience to board deliberations, incoming board chair for 2027
- Ivan Puente, MD: Trauma and critical care specialist providing frontline clinical expertise as a physician member of the board.
- Lori Vinikoor: Community representative, president, Alliance of Delray residential association with a background in civic involvement and local leadership.
- William Stansbury: Local leader offering community perspective, district chief, Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue
- Yitzchak Isaac Newman: Community member contributing external oversight and public representation, community liaison with Hatzalah South Florida
- Juli A. Casale: Civic leader and community advocate supporting the board with public‑focused insight, Delray Beach City Commissioner
- Jessica Clasby: Communications and community‑relations professional bringing public engagement expertise to board discussions, Palm Beach County director for the Florida Sugar Cane League.
- Lisa Lani Kronhaus: Community representative offering non‑clinical perspective and governance support, grants manager, Yellow Ribbon Fund.
- Rob Long: Community representative offering non- clinical perspective and governance support. Serves as a member of the Florida House of Representatives, and joins the board this September.
