September 4, 2026 – Family medicine physician Ahmad Ali Daher, D.O., has joined Baptist Health Primary Care. Dr. Daher provides comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness and lifestyle counseling and care for acute illnesses. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, sports medicine and ringside medicine.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Daher completed his family medicine residency at Detroit Medical Center (Sinai-Grace) in affiliation with Michigan State University. His training included outpatient primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, women’s health and acute ambulatory care.

Dr. Daher earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a transitional year internship at Detroit Medical Center in affiliation with Wayne State University and a family medicine residency at Detroit Medical Center (Sinai-Grace) in affiliation with Michigan State University. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and Association of Ringside Physicians.
Dr. Daher emphasizes the connection between lifestyle and overall health. “I take the time to learn about my patients’ habits and circumstances that may affect their health, both to help manage existing conditions and to prevent disease,” he said.
