Isaac Toledano-led BH Group expands its healthcare real estate portfolio through a strategic partnership with Gold Standard of Care, with plans to reposition the five-acre Naples property under the Ahava brand.
October 27, 2026 – BH Group, led by South Florida real estate developer Isaac Toledano, and Gold Standard of Care, led by Michael Verbitsky, have acquired AdviniaCare Naples, a five-acre assisted living and skilled nursing campus in Naples, Florida, for $10 million. Located at 7801 Airport Road N, the property comprises 133 assisted living units and 40 skilled nursing rooms. The acquisition marks the latest expansion of the partnership’s strategy to acquire and reposition healthcare real estate in key markets throughout Florida.
The campus will be rebranded as AHAVA Senior Residences at Naples and AHAVA Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – Naples, building on the two AHAVA senior living properties in Aventura and Boca Raton that the partners acquired from Blackstone last year. Operations at both Naples facilities will be led by Ricki Kaneti, a third-generation senior living operator with extensive experience throughout South Florida.

Gold Standard of Care, a Florida-based healthcare real estate investment family office, has built a track record of 21 successful healthcare turnarounds, focusing on underperforming senior living properties. Most recently, the partnership completed the operational turnaround of a portfolio of senior living assets acquired from Blackstone in less than one year.

The Naples acquisition extends that strategy into a campus combining assisted living and skilled nursing services, creating opportunities for operational improvements and long-term real estate appreciation. The property was acquired from an established Midwest-based healthcare firm and was previously sold for $26.8 million.
Central to the investment strategy is Kaneti, whose experience overseeing more than 20 senior living communities throughout South Florida has been instrumental in Gold Standard of Care’s healthcare turnaround platform. Kaneti and her team will oversee operations at both facilities, with plans to improve resident services, strengthen staffing, and implement physical improvements throughout the five-acre campus.
