October 28, 2026 — Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have named Baptist Health South Florida to the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™. This year, Baptist Health ranked No. 84 in the large company category.
The Best Workplaces for Women award is based on analysis of survey responses from over 640,000 women at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies that were eligible for the list.
