North Shore Medical Center is proud to announce the appointment of Shana S. Crittenden, as the hospital’s new chief operating officer.Prior to her appointment at North Shore Medical Center, Crittenden served as the chief operating officer at Westside Regional Medical Center and Plantation General Hospital, both located in Broward county. She has also served as associate administrator at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, VA and JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, FL. Crittenden is an active member of the healthcare community and is affiliated with the American College of Healthcare Executives and the South Florida Health Executive Forum. Crittenden received her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Medicine from the University of Illinois and her Master of Public Health, Health Policy and Administration from Emory University.
