Miami Jewish Health Systems recently appointed Alfred “Fred” Katzin as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Katzin has served on the Miami Jewish Health Systems board since 1998 and most recently as its Vice Chair. In addition, he has served as Board Chair of our Douglas Gardens North Senior Housing since December 2005.In addition, Katzin currently serves as a Trustee and Director of JAFCO, in addition to Co-Trustee and Director of the Lloyd L. & Helen R. Dilworth Foundation. He is a Past-President and long time member of Temple Solel of Hollywood. He brings more than 50 years of experience in public accounting, with industry expertise in hotel operations, healthcare, professional services and not-for-profit clients.
