Martin Health System has been recognized by Employer of Choice International, Inc. for the fourth time in the past five years.
This designation places the health system in an elite group of just 28 health care organizations from across the country that have been recognized as an Employer of Choice and the only health care organization that has received the designation four times. Martin Health previously received the designation in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
The Employer of Choice designation is awarded to public, private or nonprofit employers that demonstrate effective implementation of best practices in attracting, developing and retaining outstanding people.
