Gabriel Imperato Named Board President for National Health Care Organization

Broad and Cassel announced its Fort Lauderdale Managing Partner Gabriel Imperato has been selected to lead the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), member-based associations for compliance and ethics professionals with a combined membership of more than 14,200 globally.

 

Board certified as a specialist in health law by The Florida Bar, Imperato has been a longtime member of the board of directors for HCCA and will serve as executive board president through November 2015.

 

Imperato is a member of Broad and Cassel’s Executive Committee and Health Law Practice Group. He also co-chairs the firm’s White Collar Defense and Compliance Practice Group.
