Employees from Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), a national network of five cancer hospitals, and Boca Raton officials and executives from the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches gathered recently for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new 77,000 square-foot headquarters of CTCA® at 5900 Broken Sound Parkway.

The company relocated its head office from Schaumburg, IL to Boca Raton. in 2014 under the leadership of President and CEO Gerard van Grinsven. The decision to relocate was based on a combination of favorable pro-business economic environment and lifestyle for the organization’s corporate employees, referred to as “stakeholders” at CTCA.

“South Florida is our new home, and we are grateful for the warm reception we have received from the business community,” said van Grinsven. “This move has positioned us to better serve patients being treated at our five hospitals around the country and will open doors to Latin America and other international markets.”
