Coinciding with the new office opening, the firm will also be relocating its current Hollywood office to downtown Fort Lauderdale. The expansion reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing multidiscipline architectural and engineering services for clients in South Florida, predominately in the healthcare, aviation, corporate office and water resources markets.

GS&P first established its presence in South Florida with the opening of a Fort Lauderdale office in 1995. The firm is currently working on numerous projects in the region including the modernization of terminals 1-3 at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, multiple freestanding emergency departments for Tenet Health, and multiple projects for Baptist Health South Florida.
