Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is pleased to welcome Howard Brown, CPA, as its new Chief Financial Officer. With 14 years of financial healthcare experience in areas of general and operational accounting, Brown will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations for the 199-bed acute care hospital and its departments.
Brown has had a long history with Tenet Healthcare, most recently serving as the CFO at North Shore Medical Center for the past three years. Prior to that, he worked as a financial controller at Tenet’s St. Mary’s Medical Center and the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital. Brown’s career with Tenet began as a senior auditor in the Florida Office of the Internal Audit Services Department before being promoted to audit manager after just two years.
