Holy Cross Hospital President and CEO Patrick A. Taylor, M.D. announced hematology specialists Drs. Daniel Dammrich and Allen Greenberg have joined the Holy Cross Medical Group.
Prior to joining Holy Cross Medical Group, Dr. Dammrich was the chief hematology-oncology fellow at the University of Miami’s Miami Leonard Miller School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his medical doctorate from Loyola University’s Stritch School of Medicine.
Dr. Greenberg has served on the faculties of the University of Miami School of Medicine, Herbert Wertheim School of Medicine at Florida International University, and the University of Maryland. He received his bachelor’s degree at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, where he was awarded the Lange Award for Excellence in Clinical Medicine and completed a fellowship in hematology. He completed his residencies in St. Louis at Barnes Hospital and the St. Louis Veterans Administration Hospital.
