What skills do you need to succeed in your job: I realize multiple tasks in my position but the most important one is being creative.
Who has inspired you most: My father
What is the biggest challenge faced by the health care industry today: I made the transition from Public Relations and Advertising to Not for profit. I am still learning about the health care industry day by day. It is very interesting.
What do you see as your organizations major strengths: We are an international recognized charity that provides a helping hand to many families. Whether they are local or from any part of the world.
What are the most challenging aspects of your position: Finding the funds and means to be able to provide our services for many years to come.
What is the greatest change you have instituted since you assumed your position: Work very closely with our Board of Directors members; also with our regular volunteers. They are all true friends of the House.
What is the most important tool in building partnerships: Be professional and a true friend
If you only had one word to describe yourself, what would it be: Happy
One of your goals: I have many, but at this moment I am very focused on all management and operation aspects of the House.

What is the most valuable lesson youve learned in your career: Be a good listener
What advice would you offer young people considering a career in health care: It is a very dedicated and professional career that not everyone is prepare. But at the end I believe is very rewarding. It is a career to of others.
