The three Martin Health Pediatric Care practices in Stuart, Jensen Beach and Port St. Lucie have received Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The practices achieved the highest level as a patient-centered medical home for using evidence-based, patient-centered processes that focus on highly coordinated care and longâterm, participative relationships.
