Roger Royal, RN, BA, CNOR, has been named the new Director of Surgical Services at Bethesda Memorial Hospital. Royal joins Bethesda’s team with over 20 years of experience as a healthcare leader, most recently as the Director of Surgical Services at Boca Raton Community Hospital.
Royal received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Nursing from the University of Arkansas. He is currently pursing a Masters Degree in Hospital Administration from Barry University. He is certified in pain management and has maintained his certification in basic cardiac life support throughout his nursing career. Royal is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses and the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives.
