North Broward Hospital District Names Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative, Compliance and Ethics Officer

Spencer D. Levine, Esq. has been named Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative, Compliance and Ethics Officer of the North Broward Hospital District (NBHD).

Prior to joining NBHD, Spencer Levine was the assistant to Florida’s Attorney General, serving as director of Florida’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Prior to serving the Attorney General, Spencer Levine served in a variety of roles, including General Counsel for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office and Assistant State Attorney for the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office, where he served as Chief of a Felony Trial Division and of the Economic Crimes Division. In addition, he was a practicing attorney in Fort Lauderdale and North Miami Beach.
