Anne Kennedy has been named Controller at Columbia Hospital. Prior to joining Columbia, she worked for Methodist Hospital and the Fayette Memorial Hospital in Texas in a variety of financial positions before joining a 15-month Controller/CFO executive training and development program with HCA.
She earned a B.B.A. Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston in 1995 and her C.P.A. (licensed in Texas) in 2003. She and is involved in the American Business Womens Association where she was named Woman of the Year in 2000 and in the Healthcare Financial Management Association. While in Houston she was also honored as the 2001 Woman of Excellence by the Federation of Houston Professional Women.
