Dr. Mauro Moscucci Named Clinical Vice Chair for the Department of Medicine at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine

Mauro Moscucci, M.D., M.B.A., a leader in health care research known for a pioneering program that uses benchmarks to improve outcomes for coronary cardiovascular patients, has joined the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine as clinical vice chair in the Department of Medicine. An interventional cardiologist, Dr. Moscucci has also been appointed a professor of medicine and joins the Miller School’s Cardiovascular Division.

Dr. Moscucci comes to the Miller School from the University of Michigan where he was director of interventional cardiology services and professor of medicine.
