Director of Nursing Receives President’s Award

Manny Linares, Chief Executive Officer at North Shore Medical Center recently announced Bridgette Johnson, Director of Nursing, as the 2008 recipient of the hospital’s annual President’s Award for her outstanding work and accomplishments throughout the year. Johnson achieved all of Tenet’s 5-Pillars – Quality, Cost, Growth, People, and Service for 2008.

Johnson joined North Shore after previously holding nursing positions with Mercy Hospital in Miami and Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. She also has served as a nursing instructor for the Practical Nursing Program for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Florida International University College of Nursing and Florida Atlantic University Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing.
