Saltz Michelson Architects (SMA) has been retained by Stanmore Development to provide architectural design for Midtown Delray Medical Office Building, a 30,000 square foot medical office building located on the Northwest corner of Linton Boulevard and Orchard Lane in Delray Beach, Florida.
Constructed of reinforced concrete frame with reinforced concrete slabs and masonry stucco walls, the building elevation incorporates various architectural elements giving the façade a contemporary design.
The facility is designed specifically for medical tenants and will have flexibility and convenient mechanical and plumbing services available for each unique medical practice.
Anderson-Moore Construction Corp. of Lake Park, Florida was awarded the construction contract, which is estimated to be completed November, 2009.
