Rheumatologist Konstantin Urazov, M.D., has joined Holy Cross Medical Group.
Prior to joining Holy Cross, Dr. Urazov was an associate physician at South Florida Rheumatology in Hollywood, FL.
While earning his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stony Brook University on Long Island, NY, Dr. Urazov was a pharmacy technician at a local CVS. He then pursued a medical degree from Xavier University School of Medicine in Oranjestad, Aruba, graduating with honors. During med school, he served as a keynote speaker at an educational conference and clinical ambassador who provided feedback to the New York State Accreditation Board. He’s also volunteered at community events in Aruba and New York, providing free health screenings to attendees.
Dr. Urazov returned to New York for his internal medicine residency at Long Island Community Hospital in Patchogue, serving as chief resident, and relocated to Florida for his rheumatology fellowship at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus in Hialeah, where he was chief fellow.
