Columbia Hospital is pleased to announce that Daniel R. Higgins, M.D., FACS, has been appointed Medical Director of The Breast Care Center at Columbia Hospital. Dr. Higgins is Board Certified in General Surgery and is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Columbia Hospital. He is also a past President of the Palm Beach County Medical Society.
