Adlin Tuya, a seasoned healthcare attorney with more than a decade of experience, serves as Associate General Counsel at Broward Health, one of the largest public healthcare systems in the U.S. Her professional focus is on transactional, contract, and regulatory law, primarily supporting Broward Health Medical Center. Adlin provides essential legal guidance, addressing complex issues such as risk management, patient rights, privacy, billing compliance, and licensure. She is instrumental in negotiating and drafting various agreements, including physician employment and hospital-based provider contracts.
Previously, Tuya was a Regional Compliance Manager in Broward Health’s Compliance and Ethics Department, overseeing regulatory compliance, internal investigations, training, policy development, and conflict of interest matters. She collaborated closely with hospital leadership to enhance compliance policies and procedures.
Tuya holds a B.A. in history from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
