Tiffany Cronin has worked for Broward Health since moving to Florida in 2002. Her career path has led her to work in all of Broward Health’s hospital locations in different specialties. She most recently served as assistant nurse manager of the Emergency Department (ED) at Broward Health Coral Springs before being named regional manager of emergency services at Broward Health Imperial Point in August 2024.
Cronin enjoys the opportunity nursing provides to make a difference in people’s lives and that nurse leadership allows her to mentor new nurses and to be part of their growth.
“My advice to anyone new to nursing would be to follow your heart,” said Cronin. “I have had many opportunities to do this throughout my career and I love it just as much as I did in the very beginning.”
Cronin received her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Worcester State College in Massachusetts.
