Rita Case, president and CEO of Rick Case Automotive Group, and Shane Strum, president and CEO of Broward Health, served up pumpkin and apple pie to Broward Health staff during Thanksgiving week to celebrate Rick Case Automotive Group’s multiple donations to the healthcare system.

Over the last few years, Rita and Rick Case Automotive Group, have donated $210,000 to Broward Health to support healthcare initiatives. One of Case’s generous donations established a new ECHO Lab at Broward Health Medical Center. This state-of-the-art lab features the latest echocardiography technology to provide detailed imaging of the heart and blood flow, helping healthcare professionals assess and improve heart health.

“Extraordinary care, life-saving technology and high-quality services like those provided by the Broward Health system are so vitally important to our residents,” Case said. “We are passionate about giving back and always looking for opportunities to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.”

During the celebration, Broward Health also officially unveiled the entry signage for the Rita and Rick Case Automotive Food Court to honor their legacy.
