Mariners Hospital has announced that Philip Magin has been named manager of Human Resources for the hospital.
Magin has been with Mariners since August 2007 when he joined as an exercise physiologist. He was promoted to director of the Wellness Center in February 2008. Prior to jointing Mariners, Magin held positions as an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College, as the general manager for Johnsons Sports Fitness in Tampa, a collegiate strength and conditioning coach at the University of Central Florida and a professional strength and conditioning coach with the Philadelphia Phillies and Cincinnati Reds baseball organizations.
