The Concierge Medicine program in Weston is led by Robert Piloto, M.D. Dr. Piloto believes in the motto ‘Patients First,’ which led him to become the Chief Experience Officer at the Cleveland Clinic Weston Campus overseeing the Patient Experience Office and the Center of Excellence in Healthcare Communication. He served as the Chief Patient Experience Officer from 2016 until 2023. The Weston concierge medicine office is conveniently located at 2500 Weston Rd, just minutes away from Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital. Patients have direct access to Dr. Piloto via in-person visits, virtual visits, phone or even email.
“As the Chief Experience Officer, I enjoyed the opportunity to help improve, shape and provide our patients with the best experience during their hospital stay and visit to our clinics” says Dr. Piloto. “I also served as a facilitator of the Foundations of Healthcare Communication Course which allowed me to help teach and improve communication and empathy to our Staff Physicians, Residents, Fellows and all caregivers.”
