Austin Champoux, MHA, MIB, is Chief Operating Officer of Good Samaritan Medical Center. A former Administrative Fellow and Associate Administrator at the hospital, Champoux returns to the Palm Beach Health Network with deep institutional knowledge and a strong background in hospital operations. At Good Samaritan, he previously led key initiatives, including the development of the Victor Farris Surgery Center, sterile processing department, and freestanding emergency department. He also launched strategic programs such as the genetics initiative and the Lilly Pulitzer partnership for maternity services. Most recently, Champoux served as COO of Palmetto General Hospital, where he enhanced patient satisfaction, reduced costs through lean methodologies and oversaw all ancillary and support services. His prior leadership roles also include COO at North Shore Medical Center and Assistant CEO at Shore Point Health. Champoux holds dual master’s degrees in healthcare administration and international business from the University of Florida.
