Marko Serrano serves as Chief Financial Officer at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, overseeing all financial operations of the hospital. With more than 20 years of experience in hospital finance and accounting, Serrano brings a strong track record of fiscal leadership and strategic planning. Before joining Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, he served as Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Delray Medical Center and as Group Assistant CFO for the Palm Beach Health Network, providing financial oversight across multiple facilities. His extensive knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and system operations adds valuable insight to the hospital’s leadership team. Serrano has also held finance leadership positions at several national healthcare companies, further strengthening his expertise in budgeting, resource management, and financial performance improvement. He holds a Healthcare Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
