The Tele Home Care Solution Company is excited to announce receiving a Qualifying Discovery Project Grant for the second consecutive year. This award allows the Tele Home Care Solution Company to continue its investigative studies in electronic cardiac monitoring of patients to reduce the long-term growth of health care costs in the United States, by eliminating costly hospital emergency room visits and readmissions. Through the use of cardiac monitoring patients can remain safely in their homes and have their health monitored electronically and supervised by licensed health care providers. Should the patient have an abnormal reading he/she can be directed to their health care provider, before the problem escalates into an emergency episode.
