Lower Keys Medical Center is pleased to announce that Sandy Islands, PhD, LMHC, CAP, CSAC, has been promoted to the position of Behavioral Health Program Manager. She joined the hospital as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in October of 2010. Islands has been serving as the Interim Behavioral Health Program Manager at dePoo since June of 2011 and comes to the Lower Keys Medical Center/dePoo from the Guidance Care Center of Key West, FlL where she served as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Substance Abuse Adult Counselor.Lower Keys Medical Center is also pleased to announce that Amy Johnson, PT, DPT, CKTP, has been promoted to the position of Physical Therapy Manager. She joined the hospital as a Physical Therapist in April of 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Florida State University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of South Florida.
