The South Miami Hospital Foundation, the fundraising arm of South Miami Hospital, recently named Ghassan G. Haddad, M.D, to its Board of Directors.Dr. Haddad is Board-certified in internal medicine and is the medical director of South Miami Inpatient Physicians. As chief of Hospital Medicine and director of Hospitalist Services at South Miami Hospital, Dr. Haddad is dedicated to providing the very best care to hospitalized patients. In addition, he is the founder and medical director of the Anticoagulation Clinic at South Miami Heart Center and is a member of the Center’s Executive Committee.
Dr. Haddad is an Associate Clinical Professor at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University.
