Aventura Hospital and Medical Center has received designation as a Comprehensive Stroke Center from the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), joining an elite group of healthcare facilities statewide that provide lifesaving stroke care.
Aventura Hospital is one of only three centers in Miami-Dade County with this designation, which nationally recognizes the hospital for providing the highest quality care for patients diagnosed with stroke.
