North Shore Medical Center’s Director of Clinical Quality Improvement Receives Hospital President’s Award

Manny Linares, Chief Executive Officer at North Shore Medical Center, recently announced Isis Zambrana-Diaz, R.N., Director of Clinical Quality Improvement, as the 2011 recipient of the hospital’s annual President’s Award for her outstanding work and accomplishments throughout the year.

 

Zambrana-Diaz achieved all of Tenet’s 5-Pillars – Quality, Cost, Growth, People, and Service for 2011. In her extraordinary leadership role as Director of Clinical Quality Improvement, she is responsible for the supervision and implementation of policies and procedures for case management, quality management, infection control and social work, which ultimately supports the mission of the hospital.
