Carambia was previously the night nursing supervisor at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center for the past year. She relocated from Michigan where she was the Director of the Step down Unit at Oakwood Heritage Hospital for the past two years. |

Lloyd was recently promoted at Aventura Hospital from Endoscopy Nurse Manager. Previously, she was Director of Endoscopy at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL. She also worked at Parkway Regional Medical Center as Endoscopy Nurse Manager. |

Minhas comes to Aventura Hospital with over 20 years of clinical nursing experience and 10 years of management experience. Previously, he was the Cardiovascular Services Administrator at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. Minhas also worked at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Illinois as Executive Director of the Regional Heart Institute.
