Lower Keys Medical Center has an ongoing award and prizes program called PATS for its employees and its helping improve the hospitals patient satisfaction scores considerably. During an inpatient or outpatient visit, patients are encouraged to fill out a patient satisfaction survey. In that survey, there is an area for the patient to mention a good experience by one or more of our staff members. The employees that receive the most mentions or PATS from our patients win.
