Baptist Medical Plaza at Miami Lakes has opened its doors to provide outpatient diagnostic services and urgent care to the community. The 12,000-square-foot outpatient facility is Baptist Healths seventh neighborhood medical plaza.
Miami Lakes is the first location outside of Baptist Healths traditional service area of Monroe County and south Miami-Dade. “Opening up north presents a new and exciting opportunity for us,” said Patricia Rosello, CEO of Baptist Outpatient Services. “Those who live and work in the Miami Lakes area will no longer have to travel south to use our outpatient services.” The diagnostic center at Baptist Medical Plaza at Miami Lakes offers sophisticated imaging services, including PET/CT, MRI, CT, digital mammography, bone density, ultrasound and digital X-ray.
